You are an enthusiastic and self-motivated team player who is eager to start a career in the automotive industry. You possess a valid driver’s license and are at least 18 years of age. You have a keen eye for detail and take pride in ensuring that vehicles are presented in their best condition. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and enjoy collaborating with fellow employees to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
As a Lot Attendant at Carvana, your primary responsibility will be to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the vehicles at our Market Hubs. You will inspect each vehicle for any mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns, ensuring that they meet our high standards. Regular washing and vacuuming of all inventory will be part of your routine, along with completing multi-point inspections on arriving inventory. You will coordinate with your team to ensure timely deliveries and contribute to a positive customer experience.
This is a part-time position with a competitive starting hourly rate of $19/hr, with significant growth opportunities based on performance. You can expect to see pay increases every three months as part of our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program, which allows eligible team members to enjoy additional pay increases.
