What you'll do

In this role, you will build your psychiatric practice with the support of dedicated coaches and thoughtful client matching to create your ideal caseload. You will have access to free credentialing with major insurers, including exclusive Medicare and Medicare Advantage access, ensuring that you can focus on providing exceptional care to your patients. You will benefit from guaranteed pay and billing, receiving bi-weekly payments for completed sessions, including no-shows.

You will maintain complete control over treatment decisions while SonderMind handles credentialing, billing, and practice development support. You will have the flexibility to choose between office-based, telemedicine, or hybrid practice, allowing you to create a schedule that works best for you. Your success will be measured by your ability to grow your practice sustainably and effectively, treating your practice as a primary professional commitment.
