Your experience includes translating compliance obligations into relevant policies and procedures — you understand the importance of aligning compliance with business objectives. You are a key business partner, providing pragmatic advice to teams including Risk, Legal, Product, Finance, and Sales.

What you'll do

In this role, you will proactively identify card issuance compliance obligations based on Card Scheme Rules — your insights will help scope compliance requirements for new card issuance programs in the UK and EU markets. You will represent scheme compliance on various work streams, ensuring that all teams are aligned with compliance standards.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate identified obligations into actionable policies and procedures — your ability to communicate complex compliance matters clearly will be essential. As a Senior Compliance Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting Adyen's rapidly expanding Issuing business, ensuring that compliance is integrated into all aspects of operations.
