What you'll do

In this role, you will practice psychiatry with the freedom of private practice while SonderMind manages the business side. You will receive guaranteed bi-weekly pay for completed sessions, including no-shows, and will not have to deal with billing or overhead costs. You will have access to streamlined credentialing with major insurers, including Medicare, and will benefit from qualified patient referrals through SonderMind's marketing efforts. You will maintain complete clinical autonomy while receiving operational support, including scheduling assistance and access to secure telehealth platforms. You will have the flexibility to choose your practice model, whether office-based, telemedicine, or hybrid, allowing you to create a schedule that works for you.
