You have at least 1 year of professional automotive repair experience and are eager to join a fast-growing company in the automotive retail sector. As a Brake & Tire Technician, you are comfortable performing light maintenance and repairs, including changing brakes and tires. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English. You are ready to work in a high-tech environment and are open to training programs that will help you grow your skills and pay as the company expands.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles, focusing on brake pads, calipers, rotors, tire installations, and wheel alignments. You will utilize state-of-the-art tools in one of Carvana's high-tech Inspection Centers to ensure that vehicles are ready for sale. You will work closely with other technicians and mechanics to maintain high standards of quality and safety in all repairs. As you gain experience, you will have opportunities to take on more complex tasks and responsibilities within the team.
