In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining a portfolio of vacation rental properties. Your tasks will include sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and dusting to ensure that each property meets high cleanliness standards. You will handle laundry and restock amenities to enhance the guest experience. Additionally, you will identify any maintenance needs or damages during your cleaning routine, ensuring that properties are in top condition for guests. You will work independently and manage your time effectively to complete cleaning tasks efficiently. Training will be provided for specific tasks, such as maintaining hot tubs, to ensure you are well-equipped to handle all aspects of property maintenance.
Vacasa offers a piece rate compensation structure, allowing you to earn between $36 and $225 per unit cleaned, with an average of $81 per unit. You will also receive $22 per hour for paid training, required meetings, and non-post reservation cleans.
