Carvana is seeking a Mid-Level Auto Painter to join their team in Framingham, MA. You'll be responsible for matching and mixing paint colors and painting vehicles using water-based paint. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive painting experience.
You have at least 3 years of professional automotive painting experience, demonstrating your ability to match and mix paint colors effectively. Your expertise in using water-based paint ensures high-quality finishes on vehicles. You are a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. You understand the importance of attention to detail and take pride in your work, ensuring that every vehicle meets the highest standards. You are adaptable and willing to work mandatory overtime when necessary to meet business needs. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English.
As a Mid-Level Auto Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting, which includes cleaning and masking areas that should not be painted. You will match and mix paint colors to ensure a perfect match with the vehicle's original color. Utilizing state-of-the-art tools in our high-tech Inspection Centers, you will apply water-based paint to vehicles inside our paint booths. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that vehicles are painted efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Your role will also involve maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols, and ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition. You will participate in training programs to enhance your skills and contribute to the overall success of the team.
