What you'll do

In this role, you will focus on building your psychiatric practice with strategic support from SonderMind. You will have the flexibility to choose between office-based, telemedicine, or hybrid practice, allowing you to create a schedule that works best for you. You will maintain complete control over treatment decisions while benefiting from comprehensive business support, including free credentialing with major insurers and guaranteed pay for completed sessions.

You will collaborate with a team of seasoned PMHNPs and engage in practice growth strategies that prioritize your professional future. Your responsibilities will include developing strong relationships with collaborating physicians and investing in the foundational elements that drive your practice's success. You will also participate in weekly office hours and peer consultations to enhance your clinical excellence and ensure the highest quality of care for your clients.
