What you'll do

In this role, you will build your psychiatric practice with the support of dedicated coaches and thoughtful client matching to create your ideal caseload. You will have access to free credentialing with major insurers, including exclusive Medicare and Medicare Advantage access, ensuring that you can focus on providing exceptional care without the administrative burden. You will receive guaranteed pay and billing, with bi-weekly payments for completed sessions, including no-shows.

You will maintain complete control over your treatment decisions while SonderMind handles credentialing, billing, and practice development support. Your commitment to practice growth will involve collaborating with other healthcare professionals and participating in ongoing professional development opportunities.
