What you'll do

As the R&D Team Leader at JFrog, you will lead a team of 5–7 developers, overseeing the delivery of a large-scale, innovative product. You will manage multiple domains within the product, coordinating efforts from design through release. Your role will involve setting clear milestones and resolving technical and organizational challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.

You will work closely with product partners and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and commitment to project goals. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a collaborative environment where team members feel supported and motivated to contribute their best work. You will also be responsible for implementing best practices in project management and agile methodologies to enhance team performance.
