Carvana is hiring an Experienced Auto Body Combo Tech to perform extensive bodywork and train other technicians. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive bodywork experience.
You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive bodywork experience, demonstrating your expertise in various bodywork techniques. As an Experienced Heavy Body Technician, you are skilled in heavy plastic welding, metal pulling, straightening, and stud welding. Your experience includes roof and rocker panel repair, as well as large area heavy bodywork, including Bondo repair. You are also capable of training other autobody technicians, sharing your knowledge and skills to help them grow in their roles.

You understand the importance of using state-of-the-art tools and techniques to ensure that every vehicle meets the highest standards of quality. In this role, you will be responsible for performing extensive bodywork on multiple panels of vehicles, ensuring that they are restored to their original condition. You will utilize your skills in heavy plastic welding and metal pulling to address various bodywork challenges. Additionally, you will be expected to train and mentor other technicians, helping them develop their skills and improve their performance.
You will work in one of Carvana's high-tech Inspection Centers, where you will have access to the latest tools and technologies. Your role will involve collaborating with other team members to ensure that vehicles are prepared efficiently and effectively for customers. You will also participate in ongoing training programs to enhance your skills and stay updated on industry best practices.
