In this role, you will join a well-established community oncology practice in historic Gettysburg, PA. You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with hematological and oncological conditions, utilizing advanced imaging and infusion services available on-site. You will have the opportunity to participate in clinical trials, contributing to the advancement of cancer treatment and research.
You will collaborate closely with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs. Your role will involve not only direct patient care but also mentoring and supporting junior staff and advanced practice providers. You will engage in community outreach and education, helping to raise awareness about cancer prevention and treatment options.
OneOncology offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $550,000 to $600,000, along with a $50,000 sign-on bonus and a $15,000 relocation bonus. We also provide CME reimbursement to support your ongoing education and professional development.
