Carvana is seeking a Brake and Tire Auto Technician to perform light maintenance and repairs, including changing brakes and tires. This entry-level position requires a minimum of 1 year of professional automotive repair experience.
You have at least 1 year of professional automotive repair experience and are eager to join a fast-growing company like Carvana. As a Brake & Tire Technician, you are comfortable performing light maintenance and repairs, including changing brakes and tires. You possess a valid driver’s license and can read, write, speak, and understand English. You are ready to work in a high-tech Inspection Center and utilize state-of-the-art tools to ensure vehicles are in top condition.
While not required, any additional certifications or training in automotive repair will be beneficial. A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow within the company are highly valued. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with others to achieve common goals.
In this role, you will perform routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles, focusing on brake pads, calipers, rotors, tire installations, and wheel alignments. You will be responsible for ensuring that all work meets Carvana's high standards of quality and safety. You will also have the opportunity to participate in training programs designed to enhance your skills and advance your career within the company. As you gain experience, you may take on more complex repairs and responsibilities.
