What you'll do

As the Auto Mechanic Quality Lead, you will manage the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center, ensuring safety and efficiency. You will oversee the day-to-day activities of your team, providing guidance and support to help them achieve production and quality goals. Your role will involve identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate strategies to enhance team performance.
