You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) experience, demonstrating your ability to access panels and utilize glue-pulling techniques effectively. Your expertise includes repairing smaller-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels, showcasing your technical skills in automotive repair. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the demands of the job, including mandatory overtime when necessary. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English, ensuring smooth interactions with customers and colleagues alike.
While not required, any additional certifications or training in automotive repair will be considered a plus. Experience with high-tech tools and equipment in an automotive setting will also enhance your candidacy. A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow within the company are highly valued traits.
As a Paintless Dent Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for assessing and repairing vehicle panels to ensure they meet the high standards of quality expected by our customers.
