You have a strong background in scientific communications, particularly in endocrinology, and are excited about leading initiatives that drive innovation in biopharma. Your experience includes developing scientific narratives and executing communication strategies that resonate with diverse audiences. Your ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, from researchers to executives, is a key strength. You are detail-oriented and have a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
As the Associate Director, you will serve as a subject matter expert in scientific communications for endocrinology, focusing on ADH1 and chronic hypoparathyroidism. You will lead the development and execution of the global scientific communications platform, which includes creating foundational narratives, developing lexicons, and producing field medical content. Your role will also involve strategizing for congress participation and digital education initiatives, ensuring that all communications are scientifically accurate and impactful.
You will collaborate closely with Clinical Development, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to align scientific messaging across all platforms. This includes overseeing the creation of peer-reviewed publications and ensuring that all materials reflect the latest scientific advancements and company objectives. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the success of scientific communications and enhancing the visibility of BridgeBio's innovative work in rare diseases.
