Who you are

You have solid experience in Financial Economic Crime (FEC) matters, particularly with US regulatory frameworks such as OFAC sanctions and AML/CFT requirements. You can translate complex regulations into practical guidance for a global business, ensuring compliance and integrity across operations. Your background includes keeping track of regulatory developments and digesting them into actionable policies and procedures. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working with teams to tackle unique technical challenges at scale. You are motivated by the opportunity to contribute to ethical solutions that help businesses achieve their ambitions faster.

What you'll do

In this role, you will identify and interpret new obligations under applicable US and international laws related to Financial Economic Crime, including sanctions, anti-money laundering (AML), and countering the financing of terrorism (CFT). You will provide guidance to the FEC Governance Team, helping maintain and enhance FEC policies and procedures. Your responsibilities will include conducting enterprise-wide integrity risk assessments across the Adyen Group, ensuring that the organization remains compliant with evolving regulations. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that all aspects of FEC governance are effectively implemented and communicated.
