Carvana is seeking an Automotive Prepper to join their team in Heath, OH. You'll be responsible for prepping vehicles for paint, including tasks like sanding and buffing. This entry-level position requires a minimum of 6 months of automotive prepping experience.
You have at least 6 months of professional automotive prepping experience and are eager to join a fast-growing company in the automotive retail space. You are detail-oriented and take pride in your work, ensuring that vehicles are prepped to the highest standards before paint application. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and are willing to work mandatory overtime when needed to meet business demands. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English.
Experience with state-of-the-art automotive tools and techniques is a plus, as is a willingness to learn and grow within the company. You are open to participating in training programs that will enhance your skills and career progression.
As an Automotive Prepper at Carvana, you will be responsible for prepping vehicles for paint, which includes sanding, masking, taping, bagging, unbagging/tear down, and buffing. You will work in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, utilizing advanced tools to ensure that each vehicle meets our quality standards. You will collaborate with other team members to maintain a smooth workflow and ensure that vehicles are ready for the next stages of the repair process. Your role is crucial in helping us deliver vehicles that exceed customer expectations.
