Saronic is seeking a MUSV Commissioning Supervisor to lead vessel crewing and testing during commissioning and sea trials. This role requires hands-on supervision and coordination with various teams to ensure high-quality testing and certification.
As a MUSV Commissioning Supervisor, you bring extensive experience in maritime operations and vessel commissioning. You have a strong background in leading teams and ensuring safe and efficient testing processes. Your hands-on approach allows you to effectively supervise day-to-day vessel crewing and operational activities during commissioning and sea trials. You are adept at creating detailed sea trialing plans and understand the importance of achieving ABS certification and USCG COI for vessels. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with mission operations, software, production, and quality teams to ensure that each vessel is tested, documented, and prepared for delivery without defects.
You possess excellent leadership skills, enabling you to guide your team through complex testing scenarios while maintaining a focus on safety and quality. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders ensures that everyone is aligned with the project goals. You are detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality results, understanding that the success of the commissioning process is critical to the overall mission of enhancing maritime operations through autonomous and intelligent platforms.
Experience in maritime technology or autonomous systems is a plus, as is familiarity with ABS certification processes. You may also have a background in engineering or technical roles that support vessel operations.
