You have a proven track record in leading teams and managing operations, particularly in onboarding or customer success environments. Your experience spans across multiple markets, and you understand the nuances of regulatory compliance in the Asia-Pacific region. You are results-driven and have a strategic mindset, capable of aligning local execution with global standards. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively convey onboarding strategies and performance metrics to both your team and the Global Leadership Team. As the Team Lead for Onboarding Operations, you will oversee the APAC Onboarding Operations team, ensuring that merchant onboarding processes are efficient, compliant, and scalable. You will lead the execution of onboarding strategies across multiple APAC markets, with a particular focus on Japan and India, which are critical to Adyen's growth. Your role will involve collaborating with the Global Leadership Team to evolve onboarding standards and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with Adyen's global objectives.
You will be responsible for driving regional execution, building frameworks that support compliance and scalability. This includes developing training programs for your team, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing best practices across the region. You will also engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously refine onboarding processes, ensuring that they meet the needs of both merchants and regulatory bodies.
