Benepass is hiring a Senior Product Manager to shape and drive the development of new features for their customizable fintech platform. You'll be responsible for managing the product lifecycle from research to launch. This role requires experience in product management and a passion for innovative solutions.
You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in fintech or benefits solutions. You understand the importance of tailoring products to meet diverse user needs and have a track record of successfully launching features that enhance user experience. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams is key, as you will work closely with engineering, design, and marketing to bring ideas to life.
You are data-driven and comfortable using analytics to inform your decisions. You have experience in user research and can translate insights into actionable product requirements. Your communication skills are excellent, allowing you to articulate product vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels.
As a Senior Product Manager at Benepass, you will lead the product development process from ideation to launch. You will scope and prioritize features based on user feedback and market research, ensuring that the product aligns with the company's mission of reimagining employee benefits. You will utilize AI tools to streamline your workflow and enhance productivity.
You will be responsible for defining success metrics and tracking the performance of new features post-launch. Collaborating with engineering and design teams, you will ensure that the product meets high standards of quality and usability. You will also engage with customers to gather feedback and iterate on the product based on their needs.
