What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of Implementation Engineers, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences by getting clients live efficiently with robust integrations. You will set clear objectives for your team and ensure they have the resources and support needed to succeed. You will collaborate closely with other teams within the organization to drive the implementation of payment solutions for large and strategic customers. Your responsibilities will include overseeing project timelines, ensuring quality standards are met, and providing mentorship to your team members. You will also be involved in strategic planning to enhance the capabilities of the Digital Implementation Team, setting industry standards for excellence in service delivery.
