You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) experience, demonstrating your ability to effectively access panels and utilize glue-pulling techniques. Your expertise allows you to repair smaller-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels, ensuring high-quality results that meet customer expectations. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and are willing to work mandatory overtime when necessary to meet business needs. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English.
While not required, any additional certifications or training in automotive repair or related fields would be advantageous. Familiarity with the latest tools and technologies in the automotive repair industry is also a plus, as it will help you excel in your role at Carvana.
As a Mid-Level Paintless Dent Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for repairing dents on vehicles using advanced PDR techniques. You will work in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, utilizing state-of-the-art tools to ensure that every vehicle meets our high standards of quality.
