What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the clearance, settlement, and reconciliation of all trades and positions for Virtu Financial. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure that trades are settled in a timely manner and that the firm's books and records are accurate. Your role will involve optimizing back office workflows to enhance operational efficiency, which is central to the firm's success in trading. You will also have the opportunity to work with software engineers to automate and improve operational processes, making your contributions vital to the firm's trading operations.
