Cobalt.io is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to drive regional impact through high-value events. You'll plan and execute events to build brand awareness and generate leads. This role requires strong collaboration with sales and marketing teams.

Who you are

You are a results-driven and strategic Field Marketing Manager with a passion for driving regional impact through high-value events. You thrive on collaboration, working closely with teams to ensure cohesive execution across all programs. Your experience in event planning and execution allows you to manage all logistical aspects of owned events, ensuring a seamless and professional brand presence. You understand the importance of building brand awareness and generating leads, and you are adept at engaging with various stakeholders to maximize the impact of your initiatives.

You have a strong background in managing regional events, including trade shows, industry conferences, and executive workshops. Your ability to oversee pre-event communications, on-site experiences, and post-event follow-ups ensures that every event you manage is a success. You are skilled in vendor management and venue selection, and you excel at coordinating staffing and materials production to create a memorable experience for attendees.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing a high-impact portfolio of regional events. You will work closely with the Sr. Events Manager to ensure that all events align with the company's marketing strategy and objectives. Your collaboration with Regional Sales teams will be crucial in maximizing pipeline generation from specific events, as you will provide marketing support and effective attendee recruitment.

You will also engage with Channel Account Managers to strategically identify and execute joint events, enhancing the company's presence in the market. Your role will involve overseeing all logistical aspects of events, from venue selection to on-site execution, ensuring that every detail is meticulously planned and executed. You will be the point of contact for all event-related communications, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process.
