You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive PDR experience and are skilled in accessing panels and using glue-pulling techniques to repair smaller-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels. You are detail-oriented and take pride in delivering high-quality repairs that meet industry standards. You are also a team player who values collaboration and communication within a fast-paced environment. Your experience has equipped you with the ability to work efficiently while maintaining a focus on safety and quality.
Experience with various automotive repair techniques and tools is a plus. Familiarity with the latest technologies in the automotive industry will help you excel in this role. A valid driver’s license and the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English are essential for effective communication and safety on the job.
As a Paintless Dent Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for repairing dents on vehicles using paintless dent repair techniques.
