Carvana is seeking an Experienced Auto Body Repair Technician to perform bodywork on various automotive panels. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience and offers a competitive wage along with a $4000 bonus.

Who you are

You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience, demonstrating your expertise in various repair techniques. Your skills include heavy plastic welding, minor metal pulling, and roof and rocker panel repair. You are familiar with large area, heavy bodywork, including Bondo repair, and you take pride in delivering high-quality results. You understand the importance of using state-of-the-art tools and are eager to work in a high-tech environment. You are a team player who values collaboration and communication with your colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for the vehicles you work on.

Desirable

Experience with additional automotive repair techniques or certifications such as ASE would be a plus. You are open to learning and growing within the company, and you appreciate the opportunity for training programs that can enhance your skills and career progression.

What you'll do

As an Experienced Auto Body Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing bodywork on multiple automotive panels. This includes executing heavy plastic welding and minor metal pulling to restore vehicles to their original condition. You will also handle roof and rocker panel repairs, ensuring that all work meets the high standards set by Carvana. Your role will involve using advanced tools and techniques to complete large area, heavy bodywork, including Bondo repair, efficiently and effectively. You will collaborate with other technicians and team members to ensure that all vehicles are prepared for delivery to customers in pristine condition. Additionally, you will participate in training programs to further develop your skills and stay updated on the latest automotive repair technologies.
