Vacasa is seeking a Seasonal Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance tasks for vacation homes. You'll work with HVAC, plumbing, and household appliances to ensure properties are ready for guests. This is an entry-level position based in Colorado.
You are a handy individual who enjoys fixing and maintaining household items. You have experience with various equipment, including HVAC and plumbing, and possess a curious mindset with a passion for troubleshooting. You are at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license. You are ready to take on a seasonal role that begins on 12/15/25 and runs through approximately 04/01/26.
As a Seasonal Maintenance Technician, you will perform general maintenance tasks to ensure our vacation homes are ready for guests. Your responsibilities will include fixing and maintaining HVAC systems, plumbing, and standard household appliances. You will work part-time with a varied schedule based on the needs of the business, which may fluctuate from week to week. You will be part of a team that values your contributions and invests in your growth.
Vacasa offers a competitive compensation of $27 per hour, with actual pay varying based on your skills, experience, and education. Additionally, you will receive a $500 sign-on bonus paid out in two installments.
