Additionally, you will support the team by responding to escalated guest and homeowner concerns through emails, calls, and tickets. Vacasa offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $28 to $32, depending on your skills and experience. You will also receive a $500 sign-on bonus after 30 days of employment.
