Multiverse is hiring an IT Operations Manager to oversee the operational running of IT across the organization. You'll ensure excellent service delivery for 1,000 employees and manage a small team. This role requires hands-on management experience in IT operations.
You have a strong background in IT operations management, with experience overseeing service delivery and incident coordination. You understand the importance of automation and are always looking for ways to improve operational efficiency. Your hands-on approach ensures that your team provides excellent support to all employees, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can lead and mentor others.
You are adept at managing relationships with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and have a track record of successfully coordinating IT services across an organization. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders makes you a valuable asset in any IT department. You are committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within your team.
As the IT Operations Manager at Multiverse, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of IT operations, ensuring that all employees receive the support they need to perform their roles effectively. You will manage a small team, guiding them in their responsibilities and helping them develop their skills.
