What you'll do

In this internship, you will support the Customer Experience Group (CEG) at Agoda, working closely with project managers, analysts, and process owners. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the development and implementation of initiatives aimed at improving customer and partner support processes. You will have the chance to collaborate with various stakeholders across Agoda and Booking Holdings, gaining insights into project management and operational strategies.
