You are an experienced Advanced Practice Provider with a minimum of 1-2 years in a relevant role, ideally in hematology or oncology. You possess the necessary board certifications as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant and are committed to providing compassionate care to patients with cancer and blood disorders. You value teamwork and continuity of care, understanding the importance of collaboration in a community-focused practice.
You thrive in a dynamic environment where you can float between outpatient clinic sites, adapting to the needs of the oncology teams. Your experience has equipped you with the skills to handle both clinic-based care and hospital involvement, including inpatient rounding and occasional weekend call. In this role, you will support the oncology teams at Mid Florida Cancer Centers by providing coordinated care for patients.
