What you'll do

As the Supply Chain Team Lead, you will be a key member of the Supply Chain leadership team, responsible for implementing the global strategy in the Americas region. You will lead a team of five members based in New York and São Paulo, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your role will involve overseeing the management of three third-party warehouse locations, ensuring high-quality execution of all inbound and outbound processes. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging your expertise to enhance operational performance and meet the needs of our clients.

You will collaborate closely with other departments to align supply chain strategies with overall business objectives, ensuring that the team is well-supported and equipped to meet the demands of our growing client base. Your leadership will foster a culture of accountability and excellence, empowering your team to take ownership of their roles and contribute to the success of the organization.
