You have a strong background in supply chain management, particularly in warehousing and logistics, with a strategic perspective that allows you to implement and improve processes effectively. Your experience in leading teams and managing operations in a fast-paced environment has equipped you with the skills to drive high-quality execution of inbound, warehousing, and outbound processes. You are a motivated individual who thrives in collaborative settings, tackling unique challenges and delivering innovative solutions. You understand the importance of continuous improvement and are eager to contribute to the growth of the team and the organization.
Experience in the hardware industry is a plus, as it provides you with insights into the specific challenges and requirements of managing supply chains in this sector. You are comfortable working with third-party warehouse locations and have a knack for optimizing logistics operations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
As the Supply Chain Team Lead, you will be a key member of the Supply Chain leadership team, responsible for implementing the global strategy in the Americas region. You will lead a team of five members based in New York and São Paulo, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your role will involve overseeing the management of three third-party warehouse locations, ensuring high-quality execution of all inbound and outbound processes. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging your expertise to enhance operational performance and meet the needs of our clients.
You will collaborate closely with other departments to align supply chain strategies with overall business objectives, ensuring that the team is well-supported and equipped to meet the demands of our growing client base.
