Decagon is hiring a Product Manager to oversee their conversational AI platform. You'll collaborate with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to enhance customer experiences. This position requires a strong background in product management and experience in high-growth environments.
You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in AI or technology-driven environments. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, allows you to drive impactful product features that enhance customer experiences. You thrive in high-growth settings and are adept at managing multiple stakeholders while ensuring alignment on product vision and execution.
You possess a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Math, or have equivalent technical experience that equips you to understand the complexities of AI products. Your previous experience in startups or high-growth companies has prepared you to navigate the challenges and opportunities that come with rapid development cycles and evolving customer needs.
As a Product Manager at Decagon, you will own the platform and foundational features of our conversational AI technology. This includes agent building, testing, experimentation, analytics, QA, versioning, integrations, and enterprise controls. You will work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure that our platform is robust and meets the needs of our diverse customer segments. Your role will involve defining the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer feedback and market trends, and coordinating go-to-market strategies to ensure successful product launches.
You will also be responsible for conducting user research to gather insights that inform product decisions and enhance user satisfaction. By analyzing data and metrics, you will identify opportunities for improvement and drive initiatives that lead to better customer engagement and retention. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be crucial in aligning the team around shared goals and delivering exceptional products.
