Carvana is hiring an Automotive Rim Repair Technician for their 2nd shift to repair deep wheel damage and use state-of-the-art tools. This entry-level position requires a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in wheel/rim repair.
You have at least 1 year of professional experience in wheel or rim repair, showcasing your ability to handle deep wheel damage effectively. You are comfortable using specialized wheel repair machines and have a keen eye for detail when it comes to painting and clear-coating wheels. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the demands of the job, including mandatory overtime when necessary. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English.
As an Automotive Rim Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for repairing deep wheel damage and ensuring that wheels are restored to their original condition. You will utilize state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, contributing to the overall quality of our vehicles. Your role will involve working closely with your team to meet customer expectations and maintain high standards of service. You will also participate in training programs designed to enhance your skills and support your career growth within the company.
