You have a keen eye for detail and a passion for the automotive industry. As an entry-level Cosmetic Inspector, you are eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment. You possess a basic understanding of automotive prepping and are ready to apply your skills in a hands-on role. You are comfortable working with tools and have a willingness to take on additional tasks such as prepping, sanding, and masking of vehicles. You are at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver’s license, ensuring you can navigate the responsibilities of the role effectively.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying cosmetic imperfections and repairs on vehicles before and after the paint process. You will work closely with the team to ensure that all vehicles meet Carvana's high standards of quality. Your day-to-day tasks may include prepping vehicles for paintwork, which involves sanding, masking, and other related activities. You will receive training to enhance your skills and ensure your growth within the company. As you progress, you may have the opportunity to take on more advanced roles within the automotive prepping team.
