What you'll do

In this role, you will focus on building your psychiatric practice with the support of dedicated coaches and thoughtful client matching to help you build your ideal caseload. You will receive comprehensive business support, including free credentialing with major insurers and guaranteed pay for completed sessions, including no-shows. You will participate in weekly office hours with the Medical Director, Dr. Harris Strokoff, and engage in peer consultations and ongoing professional development to enhance your clinical excellence. Your responsibilities will include managing your schedule, maintaining clinical autonomy, and investing time in practice growth to ensure a sustainable and thriving practice.
