What you'll do

In this role, you will provide psychiatric care to patients while SonderMind manages the business aspects of your practice. You will have the flexibility to choose your working hours and the option to conduct sessions in-person, via telemedicine, or in a hybrid model. You will receive guaranteed bi-weekly pay for completed sessions, including no-shows, and SonderMind will handle all billing and credentialing processes for you.

You will have access to a network of other clinicians and opportunities for peer consultation, ensuring that you have the support you need to thrive in your practice. Your responsibilities will include conducting patient assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing ongoing care to your patients.
