Carvana is seeking an Auto Painter to join their team in Chesterfield, VA. You'll be responsible for priming vehicles, performing final sanding, and executing painting tasks. This role requires a minimum of 1 year of professional automotive painting experience.
You have at least 1 year of professional automotive painting experience and are eager to join a fast-paced environment at Carvana. You understand the importance of precision and quality in your work, ensuring that every vehicle you paint meets high standards. You are a team player who is willing to work mandatory overtime to meet business needs and contribute to the company's mission. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English.
Experience with various automotive painting techniques, including buffing, touch-up, paint mixing, and airbrush skills would be beneficial. A willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies in a high-tech Inspection Center is also a plus.
As an Auto Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for priming vehicles and performing final sanding before the painting process begins. You will utilize state-of-the-art tools to ensure that each vehicle is painted to perfection. Your role will involve buffing and touch-up work to maintain the quality of the paint job. You will also be expected to mix paints accurately to achieve the desired colors and finishes. Training programs are available for entry-level positions to help you develop your skills and advance your career within the company.
