Block is hiring an SMB Account Manager to help merchants grow their business through product education and business advice. This role is based in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

You have experience in account management and a passion for helping small to medium-sized businesses thrive. You understand the challenges that merchants face and are eager to provide them with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed. Your strong communication skills allow you to build lasting relationships with clients, ensuring they get the most out of Square's offerings. You are proactive and enjoy working in a collaborative environment where you can share insights and strategies with your team.

What you'll do

As an SMB Account Manager at Block, you will join the Account Management team to assist merchants in maximizing their use of Square's products. You will provide product education, offer business advice, and introduce new features that can help sellers grow their operations. Your role will involve understanding the unique needs of each merchant and tailoring your approach to ensure they receive the best possible support. You will also collaborate with other teams to enhance the overall customer experience and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
