Overview

Agoda is hiring an Account Team Lead for their Growth team based in Cairo. You'll manage a team focused on increasing the coverage and quality of Agoda’s supply network. This role requires strong leadership and strategic collaboration skills.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in account management and team leadership, with experience in driving growth and managing relationships with supply partners. Your strategic mindset allows you to contribute effectively to the planning and direction of growth initiatives, ensuring alignment with regional and country targets.

You excel in collaboration, working closely with stakeholders across various teams to drive commercial and operational success. Your ability to manage a diverse team of Account Managers and Account Executives is complemented by your strong communication skills, enabling you to highlight revenue growth opportunities and resolve partner issues effectively.

What you'll do

As the Account Team Lead, you will oversee a team dedicated to managing a large portfolio of emerging and high-growth supply partners. Your primary responsibility will be to increase the coverage and quality of Agoda’s supply network, ensuring that your team effectively identifies and capitalizes on revenue growth opportunities.

You will contribute to shaping the strategy and direction of the Growth and Accelerator Team, aligning your team's efforts with both regional and country growth targets. Collaborating with stakeholders from various teams across the globe, you will drive initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and partner satisfaction.

Your role will involve mentoring and developing your team, fostering a culture of performance and accountability. You will also be responsible for analyzing market trends and partner feedback to inform strategic decisions and improve service delivery.
