As an entry-level Auto Body Repair Technician, you are ready to learn and grow in a high-tech environment. In this role, you will be responsible for prepping vehicles for paint, which includes sanding, masking, taping, bagging, unbagging/tear down, and buffing. You will work closely with other technicians to ensure that vehicles meet Carvana's high standards for quality and appearance. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you prepare vehicles for the next stages of the repair process.
You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all tools and materials are properly stored and accounted for. As part of the team, you will contribute to the overall efficiency of the inspection process, helping to deliver vehicles to customers in a timely manner. You will also have the opportunity to learn from experienced technicians and participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills.
