What you'll do

As a Mental Health Therapist at SonderMind, you will provide high-quality therapy services to clients, utilizing AI-powered tools to streamline your workflow. You will have the flexibility to conduct sessions via telehealth or in-person, allowing you to cater to the needs of your clients. You will manage your own practice, bringing your existing clients while also receiving new referrals through our platform. You will benefit from a streamlined credentialing process with major insurers, enabling you to expand your practice quickly. You will work closely with a dedicated account manager who will support you in personalizing your caseload and growing your practice. Your role will involve building strong therapeutic relationships with clients and utilizing ethical, human-first tools to enhance their mental health outcomes. You will also participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay current with best practices in mental health care.
