Headway is hiring a Medical Director, Patient Safety to enhance the safety and reliability of mental healthcare. You'll provide expert support to internal teams and a nationwide network of behavioral health providers. This role requires a strong background in clinical risk and patient safety.
You are an experienced medical professional with a deep understanding of clinical risk and patient safety. You have a proven track record of providing compassionate and evidence-informed support to healthcare teams and providers. Your expertise allows you to navigate complex clinical environments and ensure the highest standards of patient care. You are passionate about improving mental health services and have a strong commitment to making therapy accessible for everyone.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. You are adept at analyzing clinical data and translating insights into actionable strategies that enhance patient safety. Your leadership experience in clinical settings has equipped you with the ability to mentor and guide healthcare professionals in best practices for patient care.
As the Medical Director, Patient Safety at Headway, you will play a critical role in shaping the clinical strategy to improve patient safety across our network. You will serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to internal teams and our nationwide behavioral health provider network.
