What you'll do

As the Medical Director, Patient Safety at Headway, you will play a critical role in shaping the clinical strategy to improve patient safety across our network. You will serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to internal teams and our nationwide behavioral health provider network. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with clinical standards.

You will collaborate closely with various departments to foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement. This includes training and educating providers on best practices for patient safety and risk management. You will also analyze clinical outcomes and patient feedback to identify areas for enhancement and implement evidence-based solutions.
