Airwallex is hiring a Product Director for their Infrastructure team to lead the development of their unified payments and financial platform. This role requires strong leadership and expertise in product management.
You have a proven track record in product management, particularly in infrastructure or financial technology, with a strong focus on delivering impactful solutions. Your leadership style is collaborative, and you thrive in environments where you can drive innovation and foster team growth. You possess a deep understanding of the payments landscape and are motivated by the mission of empowering global businesses through technology.
You are adept at balancing speed and rigor in decision-making, using data to inform your strategies while also being able to think creatively about solutions. Your experience includes managing cross-functional teams and working closely with engineering and design to bring products from concept to market.
