As a Precision Inspector at SpaceX, you will be responsible for completing surface plate work and inspecting machined aerospace parts to ensure they meet design specifications. You will conduct complex inspections following standardized methods and perform in-process inspections, both visual and dimensional, of precision machined parts. Your role will involve interacting proactively with production teams to improve products and reduce defects, ensuring that all supplied products conform to the applicable drawings and specifications. You will document any non-conformances in accordance with prescribed procedures and processes, supporting the quality management system policies and procedures.
