Tecovas is hiring a Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service and support the store leadership team. You'll be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for customers and assisting with various sales floor activities. This role requires strong selling skills and a proactive work ethic.
You have exceptional selling skills and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Your attention to detail and organizational skills ensure that the store environment is always welcoming and well-maintained. You are independent and proactive, driven by results, and you embody honesty and transparency in all your interactions. You are at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma, ready to engage with customers and contribute to a positive shopping experience.
As a Sales Associate at Tecovas, you will greet customers and assist them throughout their shopping journey, ensuring they receive the best possible service. You will support the store team by receiving shipments and preparing products for display, maintaining an organized stockroom, and participating in the restock process to keep the sales floor well-stocked. You will also demonstrate loss prevention awareness by assisting in inventory counts and transfers, and you will engage in ongoing staff education by sharing your product knowledge with the team.
