Carvana is hiring a Logistics Associate to manage inventory vehicles for transport and delivery. You'll be responsible for staging, organizing, and inspecting vehicles on-site in Delanco, NJ. This position is ideal for entry-level candidates looking to grow their career in logistics.
You are an entry-level candidate with a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 18 years of age, and possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. You have the ability to operate a computer and are comfortable using company-issued tablets and mobile devices. You are eager to learn and grow your skills in logistics, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
You understand the importance of maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and you are detail-oriented when it comes to inspecting vehicles and completing reports. You are a team player who values collaboration and communication in a fast-paced environment.
As a Logistics Associate at Carvana, you will be responsible for various tasks related to staging and preparing inventory vehicles for inbound and outbound transport. You will use handheld scanning equipment to log vehicle locations and troubleshoot any inventory issues that arise. Your role will involve accurately receiving, organizing, locating, and staging inventory vehicles on the lot, ensuring that all processing and safety standards are met.
You will conduct multi-point inspections of inventory vehicles and complete inspection reports to maintain quality control. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain the lot and workspace areas, ensuring they are safe and organized. Safely operating company-owned vehicles and fueling inventory vehicles as needed will also be part of your responsibilities.
Carvana offers a competitive pay range of $16-$18 per hour, with opportunities for financial growth through certifications and training programs.
