Agoda is hiring an Account Team Lead for their Growth team based in Cairo. You'll manage a team focused on increasing the coverage and quality of Agoda’s supply network. This role requires strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
You have a proven track record in managing teams and driving growth initiatives — your experience in the travel or hospitality industry has equipped you with the skills to navigate complex partner relationships and identify revenue opportunities. You excel in strategic planning and have a knack for aligning team objectives with broader company goals.
Your leadership style fosters collaboration and accountability — you understand the importance of motivating your team and ensuring they have the resources needed to succeed. You are comfortable working with stakeholders across various teams and regions, leveraging your communication skills to drive alignment and achieve targets.
As the Account Team Lead, you will oversee a team of Account Managers and Account Executives dedicated to engaging with emerging and high-growth supply partners. Your primary responsibility will be to highlight revenue growth opportunities and address partner requests effectively. You will contribute to shaping the strategy and direction of the Growth and Accelerator Team, ensuring that both regional and country growth targets are met.
