Block is hiring a Strategic Account Manager for their Retail team to manage high-value technical accounts and drive growth in the mid-market space. You'll work closely with C-level executives and technical leaders to enhance Square's ecosystem.
You have a proven track record in account management, particularly with high-value technical accounts, and understand the nuances of the retail sector. Your experience includes working with C-level executives and technical leaders, allowing you to navigate complex organizational structures and build strong relationships. You are adept at identifying opportunities for growth and have a strategic mindset that enables you to develop tailored solutions for clients.
You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, which allow you to articulate the value of Square's offerings effectively. Your ability to think creatively helps you find innovative ways to enhance the customer experience and drive engagement. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic accounts within the retail sector.
